Xita Rubert

She studied Philosophy and Literature at the University of Warwick and is currently a doctoral researcher and lecturer at Princeton University. Her first novel, My Days with the Kopps (Anagrama, 2022), was selected among the best works of the year by various Spanish publications, was a finalist in the Prix du Premier Roman de Chambéry, and has been translated in Brazil and Germany. She has received awards such as the Ánxel Casal, in the theatre category, and was shortlisted in the Ana María Matute Short Story Award. Her short stories have appeared in publications such as El País and El Cultural.
