José-Félix Lozano
Professor of Moral Philosophy at the UPV and PhD in Philosophy from the University of Valencia and associate researcher at the Ingenio Institute (CSIC-UPV). He is coordinator of the doctoral program "Local Development and International Cooperation." He has carried out research stays in the Department of Business Management at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Zittau and at the OHM Technische Hochschule Nürnberg (Germany) and Lodz (Poland). He has taught courses and conferences in Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Costa Rica. He has developed ethics advisory work for various public and private entities (ONCE, Institut Català de Salut, Universitat de Lleida, Polytechnic University of Cartagena, among others). He has published several articles on business and professional ethics and training for responsibility in specialized journals, among which are: Journal of Business Ethics, Science and Engineering Ethics, Journal of Academic Ethics, Journal of Philosophy of Education, and Pensamiento: revista de investigación e información filosófica. He is a member of the editorial board of the journal Recerca: revista de investigació i anàlisis. He is the author of the books Códigos éticos para elm undo empresarial (Madrid, Trotta, 2004), "¿Qué es la ética de la empresa?" (Barcelona, Proteus, 2011) and co-editor of the book "Responsabilidad Social Empresarial" (Mexico, Pearson, 2011 / 2ndedition 2017). Editor of the book "Ética y Filosofía Política. Libro homenaje a Adela Cortina" (Técnos, 2018). He is a member of the executive committee of the Business and Organizational Ethics Foundation (ÉTNOR) and of the Research Ethics Committee at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
