Araceli Ciscar

Executive Director of Dacsa Group, she began her professional career at Banco de Valencia in 1979 where she worked for 7 years. In 1986, at the age of 24, she joined the Dacsa company, a family business founded by her father Mr. Ricardo Císcar in 1968 and dedicated to the milling of corn and rice. After going through different areas, responsibilities and training periods, Araceli took over the management of the corn area, promoting and leading international expansion and promoting new markets. Araceli is a student at the San Telmo Business Institute, where she has completed the Program in Food Business Management (DEA) and Senior Management of Companies in the Food Chain (ADECA). Over the last 10 years, she has created and promoted the new Food Solutions business area, from which all the company's innovative activity is carried out, as well as investment and growth in new sectors closely related to new trends in the world of food. She has also led and strengthened DACSA's relationship with entrepreneurs and startups, which is currently reflected in numerous investee companies from different sectors, which the Group supports in its strategy and growth.
