02. Distrusting the future: perpetual war

Journalist Xavier Mas de Xaxàs, recently arrived from the Middle East, will speak to us in this session illustrated with photographs by photojournalist Samuel Aranda, World Press Photo of the Year 2012, of a conflict in which ‘the dead are political tools that facilitate the war and yesterday's lamentations in Israel and Gaza for all that they have suffered and lost in a year anticipate what is to come’.
